Founder Emily Barson started Bullhorn Strategies to bring two decades of experience in campaigns, government, and non-profit leadership to bear against our country’s most sticky challenges in health care and beyond. Our work pairs big-picture strategy and vision with on-the-ground efforts and political know-how to get things done. Drawing on expertise in health care policy, organizing, political strategy, and bringing together diverse perspectives towards shared goals, we are ready to roll up our sleeves and make change happen.
